1) Accounts & Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and all activities under your account.
2) Subscriptions & Billing
• Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) unless cancelled.
• Taxes and government charges may apply in addition to the listed price.
• Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable. If required by law, partial refunds may be processed at our discretion.
3) Acceptable Use
• Infringing intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Uploading malicious code, spam, or automating abusive traffic.
• Attempting to disrupt, reverse engineer, or bypass security and access controls.
• Violating any applicable law or regulation.
4) Job, Technician & Client Data
• You retain ownership of the data you submit (jobs, technicians, client details, media, and related metadata).
• You grant ServiceJee a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, and display such data solely to provide and improve the Service.
• You are responsible for obtaining all necessary consents from end users, including location tracking disclosures for technicians.
5) Third-Party Services
The Service may integrate third-party services (e.g., maps, payment gateways). Their use may be subject to separate terms. ServiceJee is not responsible for third-party failures or acts.
6) Privacy
Our use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as set forth there.
7) Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
8) Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SERVICEJEE AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR REVENUES, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO SERVICEJEE IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
9) Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold ServiceJee and its affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
10) Suspension & Termination
• We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, legal requirements, or risk to the platform or users.
• You may terminate at any time by cancelling your subscription. Upon termination, your account may be disabled and data may be deleted per our retention policy.
11) Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any applicable mandatory law.

We aim for reliable availability. Planned maintenance or incidents may affect uptime. For support, contact our team as mentioned below.
13) Beta & Experimental Features
Beta features may be incomplete and provided without guarantees. Their behavior or availability may change at any time.
14) Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via the Service or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
